Learn how I use framemarks to get the most out of my videos.
I enjoy using Framemarks whenever I'm watching some educational content. It really helps me sum up the content in a concise manner, but I've found that I've been using it in 2 main different ways.
There are some videos that I'm not sure if its worth watching. Typically, it might be videos that feel a bit too clickbait-y, like there could be 2 minutes of valuable content hidden in 18 minutes of advertising. So I'll use Framemarks to quickly scan through the video and see if there's any valuable content. It often comes back with amazing screenshots of useful diagrams in the videos. Often, if I find the diagrams rather intriguing, I'll watch the video. This often helps me skip the 30 minute video by simply doing about 2-4 minutes of reading.
There are some videos that I've watched and I've found that I've learned a lot from. I'll use Framemarks to quickly summarize the video and then I'll use the summary as a form of note-taking for me to revisit the video later. I found that it also presents the content in a very condensed manner, which is great for me to quickly review the content. Often, after watching the video I will only remember the last few scenes of the video. But with Framemarks, I can quickly review the content and get a good overview of the video.
TLDR; I enjoy using Framemarks for educational content. I hope it helps you too!
